We are excited to announce that the Microsoft Canada Development Centre tenant improvement project was selected as the winner in the Interior Design/Improvement category of the NAIOP Vancouver Chapter Real Estate Excellence Awards.
Omicron was nominated in the Interior Design/Improvement category for the Microsoft Canada Development Centre project and the Evergreen Office Building interiors renovation. Omicron was also a key team member in Grosvenor’s The Rise mixed use development having designed Home Depot into the complex. The Rise was selected as the winner of the Mixed Use Development category.
The awards were presented at a gala event with 250 attendees at the Pan Pacific Hotel on November 19, 2009. The awards program recognizes excellence in Commercial Real Estate within Greater Vancouver from 2007 to 2009. The awards identify the full range of disciplines involved in creating successful real estate solutions while highlighting the leadership role played by property owners and developers. The program also recognizes quality and performance, innovation and creativity, teamwork and collaboration, as well as community and environmental awareness.
