Phase I of the development provided lease space for retail and office services with rental apartments above. The development brought well-known brands to the community, such as Quality Foods, Bosley’s, Dollar Tree, Cobs Bread, Forbes Pharmacy and Cascadia Liquor Store.
Phase II consisted of 114 units in two residential rental buildings, Kayak and Canoe. Kayak is already fully occupied, while Canoe started leasing at the end of 2019.
