01 AT A GLANCE

Omicron provided interior design and construction services for Global Container Terminals' new space.

02 EARLY INVOLVEMENT

Global Container Terminals were looking to combine their two existing offices into one at a new location. Omicron prepared a study on various hybrid scenarios which were then applied to two location options through testfits. This exercise assisted the client in the selection of the most suitable space. We then created a program analysis based on how the company and its workforce will likely evolve in the future, which informed our design decisions.

03 SUSTAINABILITY

We were given a mandate to preserve the majority of the existing walls and millwork which minimized demolition and waste. Instead of sending the old carpet to the landfill, we recycled it using Interface's carpet reuse program.

04 TESTIMONIAL

We created a space the staff at Global Container Terminals loved. The client enjoyed working with our team and felt Omicron was really an extension of their own team.
