Our dedication to the environment is further demonstrated through several ecological, environmental and community benefits – from electrical infrastructure to support future EV fleet vehicles to a green roof and the removal of contaminated soils and invasive species.
In a client-driven approach, we addressed diverse needs within a complex organizational structure, conducting assessments and programming for industrial and office spaces. Notably, we adapted the facility's power supply mid-construction to align with the City of Burnaby's EV charging initiatives. The project successfully developed a new facility while sustaining existing works yard operations in two major phases.
