A Construction Management delivery process led by Omicron has been used for all of Southpointe’s facilities which has benefited the client through early budget and schedule inputs allowing them a high degree of visibility on potential risks while allowing them to make informed decisions regarding building systems, materials and finishes at an early stage of project development.
