What is your role at Omicron?

As the HR Manager, I support and work with the leadership team and oversee the main HR functions at Omicron including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. I also have a part in fostering a positive workplace environment and enhancing organizational culture.

What makes Omicron a great place to work?

Especially in my role, it’s the people. Since joining, I’ve been warmly welcomed, and everyone has been receptive to my input and ideas. We pride ourselves on creating a vibrant, supportive atmosphere through various social and community activities, making Omicron not just a place to work, but a place where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and grow.
