How do you stay involved with your team?

I am responsible for the management of Omicron’s field forces, overseeing planning, organization, scheduling, and construction of multiple projects. I also work with our in-house design and construction managers to provide guidance on project constructability and to ensure our projects are executed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the integrity of the design.

What makes you proud to be an Omicronian?

As the leader of all field activities, I’m proud of our ability to ensure work on-site is performed safely, completed to the specified quality standards, and the value and experience we deliver to our clients.
