Our recent tenant improvement project for DLA Piper within ‘The Stack’ tower is a testament to innovative design over 60,000 sq.ft., spanning four floors. This project, with interior design by Gensler, integrates three practice areas and a floor dedicated to client services, meetings, and administration. Starting from a shell, the comprehensive build-out featured advanced floor leveling, steel stud walls, diverse ceiling assemblies, office front glazing systems, and extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.

Key innovations include Skyfold vertical folding walls and Nanawall systems, enhancing spatial flexibility for various functions. The aesthetic is elevated with large-scale bookmatched marble-look tiles, ultra-modern millwork, and a standout perforated metal backlit ceiling in the reception area, redefining the standards of office space design for DLA Piper.
